BRIEF HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL

Oda Senior High School (ODASCO), established in 1960 in Akyem Oda, is a leading educational institution in Ghana's Eastern Region. The co-educational school has grown from modest beginnings to become a comprehensive learning environment offering diverse academic programs including General Science , Business, General Arts, Visual Arts, Home Economics, and Agricultural Science. Guided by its distinctive motto "Knowledge, Truth, and Service," ODASCO is committed to academic excellence, character development, and preparing students for future leadership roles through both rigorous academics and diverse extracurricular activities. The school takes pride in its notable alumni who have excelled across various professional fields, contributing significantly to Ghana's national development while maintaining its position as an important educational hub in the region.
